Synopsis For Destin Fl To Pascagoula Ms Out 60 Nm Including
Mobile Bay-
Synopsis Strong offshore flow has followed a frontal passage over the area. Direction will transition from north to easterly through the weekend as surface high pressure moves to the East Coast...weakening as it moves. Onshore flow returns Monday...but another front will cross the area Monday night...restoring offshore flow to Alabama and western Florida Panhandle coastal waters.

Today North winds 25 to 30 knots decreasing to around 20 knots in the afternoon. Bay waters rough.
Tonight North winds 20 to 25 knots becoming northeast after midnight. Bay waters rough.
Saturday Northeast winds 15 to 20 knots becoming east around 10 knots in the afternoon. Bay waters choppy to rough becoming a light chop.
Saturday Night East winds around 10 knots becoming Northeast. Bay waters smooth.
Sunday Northeast winds around 10 knots becoming east late in the afternoon. Bay waters smooth.
Sunday Night East winds around 10 knots becoming northeast early in the morning. Bay waters smooth.
Monday South winds around 10 knots becoming west 10 to 15 knots during the day...then becoming north around 15 knots overnight. Bay waters a light chop becoming choppy. Scattered showers and thunderstorms.
Tuesday North winds around 15 knots decreasing to around 10 knots. Bay waters choppy becoming a light chop.
