4. Q: What is UTC?
   A: "Coordinated Universal Time or Universal Time Coordinated (UTC): A coordinated time scale, maintained by the Bureau International des Poids et Mesures (BIPM), which forms the basis of a coordinated dissemination of standard frequencies and time signals. UTC is roughly the same as GMT, Greenwich Mean Time. UTC and GMT are 5 hours ahead of Eastern Standard Time. We currently list some of the maps and non-US cities in GMT time because we don't have time zone information for the whole world yet.

5. Q: How can I find Sunrise / Sunset information for other dates?
   A: We use a mathematical formula to calculate the sunrise/sunset in the US. This formula takes into consideration lat/lon and timezone of the city that you are looking at. Each zipcode may have a different lat/lon, so the sunrise/sunset times may vary slightly. If you are looking for sunrise/sunset data in the future or past, try this web site:

6. Q: I am looking for climate data, or conditions in the past.
   A: We now have climate data for the last 5 years for most cities. We keep hourly observations for the last 3 months, and daily for the rest of the time. Go to the city you are interested, and use the selector box under the current conditions to ch oose a date in history.

7. Q:How do I change the cities on my Windows Desktop Gizmo Scroller?
   A: The Gizmo Scroller uses displays your favorite cities. To add a city, go to that city's page and click 'add this city to your favorites'. To remove cities, go to the homepage www.wunderground.com and click 'DEL' next to each city you want to remove. There is no easy way to reorder the cities right now, they appear in the order you chose them.
